Story
PB is a 3 year old yellow lab mix. He's a little shy at first but then he's social. He's very even keel in that lab sort of way. And he loves a good back scratch! He likes other dogs and would prefer a home with another dog and a fenced yard. He does not like cats. He'd also like to have someone who's home a lot. If you are interested in PB, please call Sherry at (910) 523-1254 or come see him at Petco every Saturday from 11-3. January 2, 2026, 5:31 pm

Story
Meet Silas! Wilmington, NC Silas is a 2-year-old Lab who is the definition of a Velcro dog; affectionate, loyal, and happiest right by your side. He bonds deeply and is incredibly sweet once he feels safe and knows you. He is: 100% potty trained Non-destructive and does not need a crate in the home Good on a leash overall Up to date on all vaccines and vet care, neutered Silas does best in a calm, low-traffic home. He cannot live in an apartment complex and needs a setting where he will not be exposed to unfamiliar dogs or a steady stream of new people. He will be reactive toward new dogs and needs to be the only pet. He requires: Prescription food to prevent recurrence of bladder crystals Prozac for anxiety (which he is already established on and does well with) With the right person; someone patient, dog-savvy, and able to offer a predictable environment , Silas will be an incredibly devoted companion.

Story
Hallie is a young, sweet Lab-mix who loves being close to her people and enjoys calm companionship. She does best in a quiet, predictable home with a steady routine and patient, gentle guidance. She is a sensitive dog and can become anxious with too much stimulation or change, so she thrives in low-stress environments. Hallie has made progress with structure and would do best with an owner who understands anxious dogs and is willing to continue supporting her. Hallie would be happiest in a calm household, ideally with adults or older children, and possibly as an only dog or with a very calm canine companion. She does not do well with traditional crating and prefers having space to settle. With the right match, Hallie has so much love to give and the potential to be a wonderful, loyal companion.
