Sunny will be 1 year old in February. He’s a great puppy ! I got him because he was living in an apartment and was alone all day and most evenings. My heart broke for him. He is housebroken and loves other dogs and is good with cats. He loves kids. I want to re home him because I am 78 years old and cannot handle him. I also am having heart surgery in mid February And I’m worried about taking care of him., He has puppy energy. He loves his toys and loves to run in the yard. He is loving and only barks when someone comes to the door. It breaks my heart to re home him. But he needs a young person or family with a home and yard. I have a pen and toys .

He also likes to play "find it" with his toys. He's very food motivated. He's an extremely nice dog. He LOVES people and other dogs. He knows a lot of tricks. Max is a 3-year-old, medium-sized Labrador Retriever mix (about 60 pounds) with the biggest heart and the sweetest soul. He is incredibly smart, well-trained, and knows many commands. He is gentle, loving, and endlessly affectionate. He loves cuddling on the couch, going for walks, and soaking up every bit of love and attention. He’s playful but calm, easy to train, and such a fast learner. He truly just wants to make you happy. Making this decision has been absolutely heartbreaking. I am moving and Max will be living with another dog he does not get along with. Because of this, we know in our hearts that he would be happiest and safest in a home where he can be the only pet and receive the love and attention he deserves

Meet Zeke — our gorgeous, two-year-old Shepherd/Aussie mix who has been patiently waiting for his forever family. 🖤✨ Zeke came to us from our rural shelter partner several weeks ago, and since then he has truly thrived in his foster home. This boy is incredibly smart, eager to learn, and has that classic working-breed heart that wants nothing more than to bond with his people and make them proud. Zeke is fully crate trained, does wonderfully with all people, and is absolutely obsessed with other dogs. He greets every new pup with a wagging tail and an open heart, and he gains so much confidence from being around dog friends. While he can get a little anxious in brand-new environments, once he has a moment to take it all in, he settles beautifully and becomes the sweetest, happiest guy in the room. And yet… he keeps getting overlooked. Like so many black-coated dogs, Zeke is a victim of Black Dog Syndrome, where dogs with darker fur are often passed by simply because of their color. It breaks our hearts, because Zeke is pure sunshine on the inside — gentle, affectionate, goofy, and endlessly loyal. He has been one of our longer-term dogs, and we cannot understand why. He is the full package: smart, loving, trainable, great with dogs and people, and ready to be someone’s adventure buddy and best friend. Zeke is so deserving of a family who will finally see him for the incredible dog he is.
