Story
Meet me at Petsmart #2087 in Memphis, Tn 5883 Poplar Ave Saturday, August 1st from 11am to 2pm. Meet Ivy our new girl at Save1Pet. She's a very confident dog and loves human attention. Great with her sister dog. She weighed in at 20 pounds yesterday and still has a way to go to fill out her boney body. She's got a fuzzy coat that camouflages how thin she is. Ivy is about 3 1/2 to 4 months old. Has her first puppy shot and bordetella. Nexgard for fleas n ticks. We think there's some Anatolian shepherd and something that has a curly coat. Doodle? Poodle? We are working on kennel training now. So far she's doing pretty well. her spay surgery is set for August 31st. She will get a microchip as well. If interested in giving her a home, please send us an email and we will send you an application to fill out. saveonepet@gmail.com Her adoption fee is $150. Save 1 Pet is a 501 (c) 3 approved charity committed to helping homeless animals. We don't have a facility (shelter) but work out of our homes to foster the animals until they find a forever home. Please be advised that for all adoptions, we will conduct reference checks, including veterinary references. Our adoption fee for dogs includes spay/neuter, heart worm check, current vaccines, microchip, worming and heart worm/flea/tick prevention. For dog adoptions, we do conduct fence verification. When adopting an animal, you will be asked to complete our Adoption Contract

Story
Angel is a 10 year old, 10 lb poodle female. She was surrendered by her owner who spent very little time at home and Angel was alone almost exclusively. Angel is very sweet with me as far as petting her or picking her up to go outside. She has a very bad aggressive reaction to trying to put a leash, collar or harness on her. For this reason we are seeking a home without young children. Angel is capable of bonding and loving a human. She is uncomfortable moving around other dogs but has shown some curiosity about some of her foster mates.angel keeps to herself in my bathroom. She has to be sedated for grooming. If thee is a compatible adopter who would be loving and patient and willing to indulge her quirkiness she is a sweet dog After reading this pet's info, if you are still interested in adopting, please fill out the online adoption application found at realgooddogrescue.com The ideal home for this Real Good Dog will have a secure fenced yard. Story
Milo is a young, neutered male short legged poodle mix. He is around 18 months old and heartworm neg. He weighs 17lbs. Milo is friendly to people after he has had a chance to warm up to them. He is not friendly with the groomer or the vet. He will have to have sedated grooms. He likes to play with dogs his size and smaller but he is active and wears them out. He seems reactive to dogs that are considerably larger. It's possible he would be ok with an energetic dog only slightly bigger than him, but he needs time in a new household to adjust and trust his people. His adoption fee is $200 After reading this pet's info, if you are still interested in adopting, please fill out the online adoption application found at realgooddogrescue.com The ideal home for this Real Good Dog will have a secure fenced yard.
