KayKay is our beautifully happy Lab/Bulldog mix girl that came to our shelter so sad and depressed and not the happy girl she is here in the pictures.  Her heartless owner had allowed her to have a litter of puppies and instead of caring for her as he should, he stole her babies and dropped them at the county shelter and brought momma KayKay to us.  It was so clear she was still actively nursing her babies and when we figured out what had happened, we called the shelter and brought KayKay's babies home to her.  It absolutely brought tears to our eyes as we watched her light up with joy to have her babies back.  Time has passed now and once the babies were old enough they were all adopted.  KayKay has put back on the weight she lost while providing for her babies and she is so healthy, happy (just look at that smile that lights up a room) and ready for a life of her own.  KayKay is a Lab/Bulldog mix, weighs around 68lbs. and is fully vetted and ready for a new life and family.  She is dog friendly but prefers a calmer dog friend.  KayKay is young, about 2 years or less, and is active and would greatly enjoy a family to play with her outside in a fenced yard and go for daily walks.  If you are interested in this pretty girl that is pure joy and happiness, then please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 30, 2023, 1:46 pm

Black Violet is a beautiful, sweet Lab mix girl that will love you to the moon and back if you invite her into your heart.  This dog knows how to love you and shows you a depth of affection that will make you feel so special.  Black Violet She is 4 1/2 years old and weighs 75 lbs.  She is excellent with other dogs, children, but not a friend of cats. She is fun, curious and extremely smart. She does need a fenced in yard as the hound trait in her DNA, draws her out toward the curiosity of chasing wildlife. My name is Mars and I was born October 24th to a momma who accidentally got pregnant.  Me and my siblings have been living in a nice restored barn and being cared for by a senior couple.  They take good care of us but they do not really play with us or teach us things....except love and how to give love.   I am a fun boy that loves to carry nice toys around in my mouth.  I can play with them all by myself and I make all the fun that I need to make. I get along with the barn cats and I like to play with children if they come by.  I have a handsome shiny black ebony coat of fur that gleams in the sun and I have some terrific ears that go in crazy directions. My momma is a Heeler mix and Dad was a Lab mix.  I weigh about 38 pounds right now and and I will probably reach 50 pounds when fully grown.  If you would like to have me come play in your backyard and be your bestie in life then please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com I promise to make you laugh and smile every single day!  I am ready now!
