Palmer-Labradoodle male, ~ 6 yr. (Feb. 2026) Palmer was rescued from a high kill shelter. He was adopted, but unfortunately, the family fell onto bad times and split up. All the pets were sent back to their original rescues and Palmer was warmly welcomed back by his foster home in Bourbon County Rescue. He's accepted the changes in his life but we do want him to has his very own family again. Where he can have the security and love he so longs for. Palmer is a nice medium sized dog with a lot of personality. He's an active dog, who needs an experienced owner/family with an active lifestyle to keep him mentally and physically challenged. He's a loyal dog, bonds easily to people and is a friend to all. Palmer is about 40-45#. A home without small children and cats would be best. He may be too exuberant for them. Palmer gets along well with other dogs. His adoption fee is $300 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Andie-Labradoodle Black female puppy, ~ 5 mo. (Feb. 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Andie was found as a stray. The family that took her in asked the Rescue help her to find her forever home. They tell us she's a lovely puppy, everyone's friend. She is respectful of the cats and loves their other dogs. She's moved to a foster home now and doing great, making lots of new friends and learning about house and crate training. Andie's adoption fee is $600 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. We rescued her from the shelter along with her puppies and immediately saw what a kind and loving mother she was! Allison is good with other dogs, kids and his foster's cat! What a delightful addition she would be to your family! (posted 11/4/25, TN) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. Hi Beth, this is the other dog. I’ve been waiting on new photos. His name is Danny. He’s a senior, approximately 10 or 11. He has obedience training too, but it was almost 8 years ago. He’s very sweet, a little hyper, loves his ball, and great with all people. He is dog selective but does well with most females. He’s lived with numerous cats, but he’s not trustworthy with them.
