Story
Lucy was adopted from a breeder in Kentucky. She is 3 years old. She can be very skiddish at first but, once she gets to know you she's a huge love. She loves cuddles. She's a huge teddy bear (literally). She is a bit bigger than we originally expected her to be three years ago and thinks she's a tiny lapdog at times. She weighs roughly 50 lbs. She will jump up and give you a standing hug, if you pat your shoulders. She has always been good at making friends with other dogs. She has never been exposed to cats. We have three very busy little kids and she is great with them.

This girl's name is exactly her personality! Sunshine! She's a 3-year-old Lab mix weighing 45 pounds each of which is a ray of light! She's sweet, playful, energetic, goofy, loving, curious, and very intelligent! Obviously, her foster says nothing but wonderful things about her, but even more, she says that Sunshine is a joyful girl, a happy girl, one who gets along well with her pals, canine and human alike! (posted 8/15/25, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. We rescued her from the shelter along with her puppies and immediately saw what a kind and loving mother she was! Allison is good with other dogs, kids and his foster's cat! Very outgoing and playful, our Lab/Retriever litter is as cute and sweet as 3-month-old puppies can be! About 7 pounds now, they'll mature to 45 or so. They get along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoy playing whenever they have the opportunity. It's fun just watching them cavort with each other! Partially crate trained, they're easy to have around. And their names? Red, Green Apple, Orange Cream, Yellow Ray, Violet, and Indigo. Great names! Even greater pups!
