Excelling in various aspects of canine etiquette, Kipper impresses with her leash manners, crate training, and seamless car rides, making her an ideal companion for adventures. Obedient, affectionate, and eager to please, Kipper's mild-tempered nature makes her a joy to be around. While her allergic reaction to sweet potatoes calls for dietary attention, her love for lounging on the couch to watch TV adds a charming quirk to her personality. A loving family will find in Kipper a loyal and affectionate friend, ready to share life's moments with unwavering devotion. Thank you for considering adopting a new family member. Story
Meet Zoe! Zoe is a pretty chestnut lab mix. She is 2.5 years old and weighs about 55 pounds. She is in love with her fosters, and enjoys attention from people. Her foster feels she would do best in a female home as a companion dog. This is not to say she doesn't like men, she does fine with them but seems to prefer her female friends! She is a happy dog, and you can certainly see her smile! Zoe's best friend Rambo is also up for adoption so if you are looking for a wonderful matched pair let us know! Zoe is starting to go on trips to the store and out and about on car rides! She is up to date on shots and is spayed. Zoe is currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $450 which includes a health certificate and costs for her transport north. *Unless stated otherwise, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick product and heartworm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption. *Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from. Identifying the breed without pedigrees and information on heritage can be very challenging! If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please go to www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an online adoption application. Thank you!

Story
Meet Mardi Gras! Mardi Gras is a wonderful 1 year old Lab/hound mix. She and her 2 siblings were rescued from a high kill shelter in April 2022. We have had them for the past year and they have grown up in rescue. They really deserve their own families. Mardi Gras is happy, active and loves to play with the other dogs and be out in the yard! She is up to date on shots and spayed. Mardi Gras currently weighs about 55 pounds. We don't have information about her parents. Mardi Gras is currently in a boarding facility and would really love to be in her own home! Mardi Gras is currently located in TN but will be transported to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $300 which includes a health certificate and costs for her transport north. *Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from.
