I adopted Max in September 2014 during my last year of grad school, after I had lost my cat a couple of months prior. I got him from a pregnant lady who had multiple pets and Max being young then had too much energy for her to handle. Fast forward 12 years later with 2 kids, I can't give him the attention that he needs. He doesn't like being home alone. He doesn't like being in the crate and he escapes when he's in the backyard. He's very friendly and gets along well with kids.

ASHER is a happy, affectionate, and playful boy, 1 year old ( 53 lbs).Asher loves getting outside to enjoy the fresh air, whether he’s exploring his surroundings or heading out for a nice walk. He’s also a big fan of belly rubs and soaking up quality time with staff and volunteers — attention is definitely one of his favorite things! He enjoys showing off the basic commands he’s learned, especially when yummy treats are involved.This smart young pup is also working toward being fully housebroken and continues to make steady progress with routine and consistency. Asher is one of five littermates, and they have already found their forever homes. He is still patiently waiting for his turn. Because of his playful energy, he would likely do best in a home with children 10 years or older. A high, secured, fenced‑in yard would be ideal for him to safely run and play, or he’d thrive with a family or individual who enjoys long walks and staying active. She gets along well with our cat and with our 2,5 and 7 year old children. Nala's New Life Rescue would like to introduce these lovable puppies, Simba and Milo! They are 8-week-old male Lab mixes, and they love to be loved. They are neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Their mother is a Black Lab mix, and they are wonderful with kids and other dogs. Milo and Simba will make excellent family pets. In an ideal world, they would love to be adopted and grow up together, but we are seeking loving, responsible forever homes for these precious boys.
