Meet Reef, a handsome chocolate Lab with so much potential!  Reef came to us with hotspots, fur loss, and skin issues, but he’s already making wonderful progress! We’ve switched him to a fish-based diet and started giving him regular Command baths. He hasn’t had any new flare-ups, and his fur is already growing back beautifully!At just 10 months old, Reef is still a puppy with plenty to learn, but he’s already off to a great start! He’s partially potty trained, knows how to sit, and is crate trained. He grew up in a home with a young child and did great, and he’s such an easygoing boy who loves everyone he meets! And when the day is done, he’ll happily join you for some bedtime cuddles! This big guy has plenty of puppy energy, loves to play, and especially enjoys water time! He’ll need a family willing to continue his training, give him plenty of opportunities to burn off that energy, and be patient as he grows into the amazing dog he’s meant to be.Could Reef be your new best friend? Requirements: Martingale Collar, Salmon-Based FoodArrived at H.A.L.O. on 10/07/26All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. ASHER is a happy, affectionate, and playful boy, 1 year old ( 53 lbs).Asher loves getting outside to enjoy the fresh air, whether he’s exploring his surroundings or heading out for a nice walk. He’s also a big fan of belly rubs and soaking up quality time with staff and volunteers — attention is definitely one of his favorite things! He enjoys showing off the basic commands he’s learned, especially when yummy treats are involved.This smart young pup is also working toward being fully housebroken and continues to make steady progress with routine and consistency. Asher is one of five littermates, and they have already found their forever homes. He is still patiently waiting for his turn. Because of his playful energy, he would likely do best in a home with children 10 years or older. A high, secured, fenced‑in yard would be ideal for him to safely run and play, or he’d thrive with a family or individual who enjoys long walks and staying active. Jasper came to us in January of 2020. He’s has always been a loving and cuddly dog! With the new addition to our family we feel as though he’s lost a lot of attention and affection from us and we know he deserves better. He’s a great outdoor adventure dog. Can go off leash on hikes or at the beach! He’s never been aggressive with us, our children, or other dogs. He’s a good swimmer and could honestly spend hours swimming in the pool or the ocean. If he’s not ran out he will dig holes, and I mean big ones! So getting him out is important to his happiness. I hope you see how amazing he is the way I do because he’s genuinely a good dog, we just don’t have the time for him or his needs so it’s really been a hard decision to make but I want what’s best for him. Keeping him cooped up isn’t fair and I wish we could do more but that’s why I feel like a good active family would be the best for him.
