My name is Lilo. I'm a lab mix with a heart of gold. I'm leash trained, crate trained, and house trained, ready to thrive in my forever home. I adore children and get along wonderfully with dogs, especially males. Chasing squirrels is my passion, so a fenced-in yard would be a dream come true. I'm grateful to Deep South Caine Rescue for giving me and my babies a second chance. My babies have found their forever homes, and now it's my turn. After overcoming heartworm treatment, I'm ready to start my new life. Please share my story and help me find my forever family.

But like all the others loves to run and play, but he is definitely the biggest water baby because as I’m filling the water bowls, he is standing on his back legs, trying to eat it out of the pitcher and then wants to stick his head under the running water. Allie is a 5 year old small lab/bulldog mix who was picked up as a stray by animal control and not reclaimed.  After some needed veterinary care, she is now healthy and ready to be adopted!  Allie is a very sweet dog with an excellent temperament.  She never meets a stranger and is generally happy being where ever the humans are, she is eager to please all.  She is good with kids and male dogs (not female dogs), she is not good with cats.  She will be an excellent pet for someone, she knows some basic commands and is very smart.  She is spayed, up to date with shots, treated for heartworms/current on prevention and crate trained.  If you would like to make Allie your newest family member, please submit an adoption application at www.myhstc.org Adoption fee is $85 and includes all veterinary care We prescreen all applicants prior to a meeting.  If you would like to be screened, please submit an adoption application at www.myhstc.org We do allow out of state adoptions.  However, we do not ship nor transport sight unseen pets for many reasons.  We require travel in person adoption. ##1173016##

This is Sarahfina, a 1-2 year old black labrador that looks very close to pure bred.  She was picked up as a stray and not reclaimed.  She had an eye injury or infection that was not treated - we removed her eye because it was not see through it and it was causing her discomfort.  It has not affected her in any way.  She is a wonderful dog with an excellent disposition.  She loves everyone and would be an excellent therapy dog-she loves kids and is good with other pets.  She is up to date with shots, spayed, negative for heartworms/on prevention and crate trained.  She also knows some basic commands.  If you would like to make her your newest family member, please visit our website at www.myhstc.org and complete an adoption application.
