Everything is new, and we’re giving her the space, patience, and support she deserves while we slowly get to know the real Cocoa underneath it all. 💛 Even in this transition period, we’re seeing glimpses of a sweet, gentle girl who just needs a little time to feel safe again. As she settles in and her personality begins to shine, we know there’s a loving, loyal companion waiting to emerge. Labrador-type dogs are known for being affectionate, people-oriented, and eager to please, and we expect Cocoa will reflect those same wonderful traits as she grows more comfortable. It breaks my heart to write this, but we are looking to rehome our dog, Jet. This decision has not been made lightly, and we truly want what’s best for him. He is a 3-year-old pitbull/lab mix who is very loving, and has so much personality. He enjoys playing, cuddling, going on walks, car rides, etc., and has brought us so much joy. Unfortunately, he has been showing increasing aggression toward other animals, and we believe he would do best in a home where he is the only pet. He needs an environment where he can feel safe, secure, and properly supported. We are looking for someone experienced and patient who can give him the time, attention, and structure he needs to thrive. He deserves a home that can meet his needs fully❤️
