Story
Meet Birdie!   Adoption fee is sponsored Foster or forever home needed!!! This poor gal’s foster was injured, so that has left her with no place to call home - not in the short or long term! She’s a complete sweetheart and is happiest when she’s right at your side. Men are still a little scary to her, so any men in the home will need to be extra sweet to her to earn her trust. Birdie is leash-trained, crate trained, and fully potty trained! Her prey drive is strong, so a cat-free home is best. She would love to be your hiking/walking buddy so that she can bring her giddy energy to your adventures. This little lady is about 2 yrs old, 53 lbs, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption has been sponsored by her injured foster, to help her find a new home fast. If you’re looking for a loyal, outdoorsy companion who will follow you anywhere and always keep life interesting, Birdie is your girl.   Furry Farm Rescue, established in 2017, is a foster home style rescue group in North Idaho. Our primary focus is on abandoned pets in our local shelter system, be it medical, seniors or puppies and provide them with a safe environment to thrive again. Story
Meet this big, clumsy goofball with paws that don’t always know where they’re going. He’s still mastering his manners, so he’ll need an experienced dog person who’s comfortable with training and confident leash handling (first-timers, this big guy might knock you over—purely by accident). He can seem a little aloof at first, but add toys and treats and suddenly he’s a giant baby who lives for affection and has zero concept of personal space. He does have a big, booming bark that can be intimidating and he can be reactive through a fence, but it’s not aggression—just overexcitement and big feelings in a big body. He means no harm and settles with proper handling. He hasn’t been fully tested with cats or other dogs yet, but he’s willing to try with slow, thoughtful introductions. Because of his size, enthusiasm, and lack of personal boundaries, he’s not a great fit for homes with small kids—he loves too hard and knocks things over without realizing it. Fun fact: when chasing a ball, he trips and falls about every ten minutes, then pops back up like nothing happened. With the right experienced owner, patience, and continued training, this lovable oaf has the potential to be an incredibly loyal, affectionate companion. Before considering adopting please make sure to have the proper time, resources and LOTS of space to care for me for the rest of my life.

Story
Meet Susie Q, the majestic lab mix with a heart as big as her towering stature! This delightful 2-year-old beauty—likely a mix of Labrador Retriever and Great Dane—might take a moment to warm up to you, but once she does, oh boy, hold onto your hearts! 💖 Her loyal nature shines through, and her foster mom lovingly calls her a 'gentle giant with a goofy streak.' Just wait until you witness her playfulness! Let’s talk about Susie Q’s incredible story. She was found living on the lush greens of Downriver Golf Course on August 30th, alongside her furry best friend. The kind workers at the course had been looking after the duo, and when they realized Susie needed help, they called in the rescue team. Now, with her 30-day stray hold behind her, this loveable giant is ready to find her forever home! 🎉 Personality and home life? You’re in for a treat! Susie Q adores snuggles and will rest that big, beautiful head right in your lap, melting away the craziest of days. She might think she’s too big for the couch, but I assure you, she dreams of being your lap dog! 🐶 Fully potty trained and not a chewer, Susie is a dream come true for anyone looking to add love to their lives. Your shoes and furniture? Totally safe! When it comes to playtime, she’s full of energy, joyfully running with her toys and ready to tackle training or agility activities. She knows how to sit, and trust me, with a little guidance, she’ll pick up more tricks faster than you can say ‘fetch’! 😂 Just a heads up—while squirrels may be her Achilles' heel, a bit of patience will go a long way to perfect her leash manners. Now, let’s talk about what Susie Q needs from her future family: She’s looking for a cat-free home, as her strong prey drive doesn’t mix well with our fluffy feline friends. She’ll thrive best with dog-savvy older kids or larger dog companions, along with an experienced owner who can lace her life with structure, love, and consistent training. If you believe you can offer Susie the guidance she craves, you’ll discover the most loyal, goofy furball to brighten your days. 🌟 She’s waiting, just for you! Don’t wait too long—apply through the Buddy App today to meet Susie Q, the loving companion of your dreams! Apply for the pet here: https://tinyurl.com/4ju7m5cv

Mr. Remington is about 6 years old now! He was originally from a rescue in CDA. He is house trained, leash trained, and knows basic commands. He would be best in a home without young children or other dogs. Vaccines up to date and no special needs. He LOVES to cuddle and lay on you, and would love to have a big backyard like he’s used to.

Story
Hi! I'm a bit of the boss of the house. My breed was actually given as 'mix' so we're really not sure mixed with what. I'm not leash trained yet but I do stick around pretty good. I had to be brought in because my owner had health issues. I'm learning to adjust to this change and hoping my new human is as wonderful as my old one.
