Story
Hi, my name is Bella and I am 4 yrs old. My birthday is Nov 11, 2021. My mom acquired me last October. She says I’m beautiful with a great personality. I really love to play outside with other dogs and especially my stepsister Lily. I don’t bark, but I have this wonderful growl when playing with other dogs or people. I live in an apartment and my mom doesn’t feel it’s fair to me to be cooped up in the house all day, and therefore she would request that I go to a home/house with a yard and possibly other dogs.

Story
Freya is a lab/doberman mix. She will be 1 year old on June 15th. Her owner needs to surrender her because Payette does not allow a person to have more than 3 dogs. Her owner says she is a playful, energetic pup. She gets along with other dogs but not cats. She gets along with children as young as 5. She has not had exposure to children younger than 5 years old. All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered (if they are old enough) before they leave the shelter. If the dog is not old enough, you will be given a voucher for Animal Medical Center in Emmett to cover the cost of the spay or neuter. Please fill out an application if you are interested in this dog or call us today for more information.         Because we are an all-volunteer organization, please call ahead to schedule a time for a Meet & Greet so we can ensure a dog handler is available to show you the dog or dogs you are interested in.         Pet Adoption League  1526 N. Story
Meet Diesel! Diesel is a handsome 1-year-old Pit Bull mix with a heart as big as his smile. This sweet young boy seems to get along with everyone he meets and is always happy to make new friends. Whether it's people or other dogs, Diesel approaches life with a friendly and easygoing attitude. Diesel previously lived primarily in a garage with access to a dog door, so transitioning into a traditional home environment may take a little time and patience. He'll need a family willing to help him learn the routines of indoor living and show him the ropes. With consistency, kindness, and a little guidance, Diesel is sure to catch on quickly. Still young and full of potential, Diesel is ready to leave his past behind and discover what it means to be a cherished member of a family. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will reward your patience with endless love and devotion, Diesel may be the perfect match for you.

Story
Meet Happy! At just 4 months old, this handsome little pup is still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. New sights, sounds, people, and experiences can make him a bit nervous, but beneath that shy exterior is an incredibly sweet puppy who wants nothing more than to feel safe and loved. Because he hasn't had much socialization, he will need a patient and understanding family willing to help him build confidence at his own pace. He'll benefit from training in all aspects of puppy life, including basic manners, social skills, leash walking, and learning that new experiences can be fun. While he may be timid at first, his gentle personality shines through once he starts to feel comfortable. Every small victory brings out more of the loving, affectionate puppy waiting to blossom. With consistency, kindness, and plenty of positive reinforcement, this little guy has all the potential to grow into a wonderful companion. If you're looking for a rewarding journey and have the time and patience to help a young dog discover how great life can be, this sweet boy may be the perfect addition to your family.
