Story
Meet Charlie, a charming 2-year-old Black Lab mix who’s ready to find his forever home! This sweet boy is full of love and personality, just waiting for the right family to share it with. Charlie is friendly, playful, and affectionate once he warms up. Charlie’s a sweetheart who loves to give kisses and show his playful side! He is active but not hyperactive. Charlie enjoys playtime with other dogs and loves his toys—especially his favorite stuffy, which he carries around like his baby. Charlie had a rough start after being abandoned by his previous owner. Despite this, his spirit remains bright, and he’s ready to trust again with a little patience. It may take some time for Charlie to warm up to new people, but once he does, you’ll be greeted with his adorable “dancing game”—he’ll come close, then playfully dart away, showing off his fun and loving nature. Charlie is house-trained and kennel-trained, making him an easy-going and happy companion. He’d thrive in a patient home that gives him time to build trust and feel secure. Once comfortable, Charlie’s playful, loving nature shines through, and he’ll be your loyal best friend. A home with a yard for playtime or opportunities for walks and toy time would be perfect for this happy-go-lucky pup. Ready to meet this lovable goofball? Contact us to arrange a meet-and-greet with Charlie today! Story
Meet adorable Magnum, a one-year-old labrador pup bursting with joy and playful energy! This happy, friendly boy is a true social butterfly who loves everyone he meets—adults, seniors, teens, and dogs big and small. In his foster home, he playfully zooms with energetic dogs and respectfully defers to the senior pup, reading her cues perfectly. He's had limited exposure to cats (mostly curious sniffs before walking away), so slow introductions would be best. Magnum thrives on toys, running, walks, and adventures—once he is comfortably loaded into the car, he rides like a champ and can't wait to join his people. Treat-motivated and quick to learn, he already knows "sit" and "come," walks nicely on leash, is fully house-trained, and settles beautifully in his crate when alone. Magnum plays with enthusiasm and warms up quickly to new things once he feels safe, and adores a good snuggle session after burning off energy. He is lap-loving, easy-going, perfect for an active family ready to provide guidance, structure, exercise, and plenty of love. If you are looking for a loving, playful companion ready to bond closely and bring smiles every day, Magnum is your boy! Story
Hi, Murray here! 🐾 Thanks to The Joshua Fund, I’ve gone from struggling with hunger and fear to finding a loving foster home and rescue. I’m a 2-year-old, 55-pound lab mix who is now healthy and happy after getting all my medical care — neutering, vaccinations, and a heartworm test included! As you can see from my pics, I am still a little on the skinny side, but with all the good food, treats, and love I’m getting, I will fill out in no time. These days, my tail never stops wagging. I am a fun-loving lab who enjoys playing with other dogs, chasing toys, and soaking up all the good things life has to offer. But when the day winds down, I am all about the cuddles. 💛 Will you be my new snuggle buddy? More to come on Murray as he settles into his new foster home! Story
Meet Roscoe, a sweet and loyal Labrador whose loving personality shines through every day! This people-oriented boy is a true velcro dog—he will follow his favorite person around the house, rest his head on your feet while you relax on the sofa, and happily snuggle up in bed if invited. Roscoe is highly attentive and professionally trained, knowing an impressive list of commands: sit, stay, come, wait, heel, with me, take it, place, and shake. He walks beautifully on leash, is fully housetrained, and crates calmly when needed. Roscoe embodies all the wonderful classic Lab traits: he is playful, active, and full of energy when it’s time to run, fetch, tug, or swim—he absolutely adores water! He thrives on toys, car rides, and outdoor adventures, and he gets wonderfully excited around other dogs, big or small, making him a great playmate. Sensitive and intuitive, Roscoe can be initially timid around unexpected large objects (like garbage bags or boxes) and prefers a calmer environment—he will “talk” to let you know he needs to go out and may retreat to his kennel during loud commotion. He is wonderful with adults, seniors, and children of all ages, making him a fantastic family companion. If you are looking for a devoted, affectionate, well-trained Labrador who will be your loyal shadow and bring joy to every adventure, Roscoe is ready to steal your heart!
