Story
We are looking to rehome our 4-year-old Labrador. She is incredibly loyal, smart, and eager to please, and she already knows quite a bit. She loves being around her people and will happily follow you throughout the day. She also absolutely loves water! She may bark at first when meeting new people, but once she warms up, she is very affectionate and devoted. She does best with adults or families with older children (around 5 and up). She is not a good fit for homes with babies or toddlers, as she gets anxious around very young children. She can get along with other dogs with time and proper introductions. She also has some anxiety and is not great on walks, so a home with a large, secure backyard would be ideal. This has been a very hard decision for our family, but with a toddler and a newborn, we can’t provide the environment she needs. We’re hoping to find her a loving home where she can feel safe and thrive.
