Story
We adopted Chewy in 2019 when she was four months old. Her and her siblings had been found in a garbage can. We have loved her and given her a good home for the past seven years. Unfortunately, I am going through a divorce and cannot take Chewy into an apartment. I want to find her a good home, with people that will love her. She is a barky dog. She barks at everything, especially at people she doesn't know. That is what worries me the most about re-homing her. She can be a bit scary looking, with her pit bull face and barking at you. She has never bitten anyone, but does not do well with young kids as their noise and sudden movements make her anxious. If she sees a dog smaller than her, she can be very aggressive. However, if the dog is bigger than her, she will roll over and show her belly right away. She has grown up with cats and is very mellow and tame and really will leave them alone. She loves the red Kong ball and will play fetch all day long, if you will let her!
