Story
Daisy was left at the end of our church camp road last July with her sister who has found her furever home. We just do not have the means to keep her safe. She likes to run and we do not have a fenced in yard. I cannot have shedding dogs in the house anymore. She has went to the door and scratched if she needed out, but she has had some accidents mostly because someone did not take her out in time. She is very sweet, but not the brightest dog. I hate to put this, but she likes to chew...anything and everything. This is why I think she would do better in a fenced in area probably chain-link. She likes to pester our cats, but has never hurt them. She is spayed and UTD on vaccinations, but may have some due around July or August. I will need to check her paperwork. Overall, I think she is just bored. We come and go a lot and do not have the time to spend with her for playing or training.

Story
Twelve-year-old Sunny has spent eight years at Little Victories. Sunny has been through the ringer when it comes to injuries -- two CCL tears, knees chocked full of arthritis, and a major fall that left her with a broken jaw and no teeth. She has been through so much, but this silly, happy girl deserves to be pain free for the rest of her days. She has a home at Little Victories for as long as she needs, but a place for Sunny to spend her final years of life would be life changing. This senior girl needs a hero.

(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)

Story
Dancing boy Bart does the cutest happy dance when he is excited! He loves taking sniffy walks and enjoys lounging around in a big yard. Watch his ears bounce as he trots along beside you. He is a big, senior guy who won’t require much in terms of burning energy. Mostly Bart just wants to hang out. He likes to keep his things (toys, treats, bedding) to himself, so he will certainly need a forever home that can be careful around coveted items. The best kind of home for Bart: Bart is a big goofy guy who would ideally love to be the only king in his castle. Although he could potentially live with select dogs, he needs an adopter who can separate him from other animals in the house during meal times or when he has a special chew, toy, or valuable item. This could look like giving him his own room to eat/have special bones in or putting him in a crate. He is chill guy who would do well in a laid back home. He has lived at LV for more than years, so time to adjust will be essential for this handsome guy!

Story
Kyper has an old dog personality in a young dog body! This little cutie is extremely sweet and doesn’t know a stranger. He is a happy-go-lucky little guy who loves to play fetch, go for walks, and just be near people. He is great with other dogs and loves to learn new tricks for treats. Kyper is going to make a stellar companion for his future family. The best kind of home for Kyper: Kyper is a semi-active dog who will thrive in a home where he can play fetch, take comfy naps, and be surrounded by love. He is scared of fireworks and will chew up toys and beds, but Kyper will be an easy dog to teach. He already knows a few basic commands and walks very well on a leash. He is great with other dogs, has lived with cats previously (needs supervision), and does well with children.

Story
Molly is a playful, affectionate girl with a big personality. She absolutely loves people and is especially fond of cuddles, belly rubs, and playtime with her favorite ball. While she does best with older children who understand her strength and energy, she is a true people-lover through and through. Molly needs clear guidance and structure to thrive. While she cannot live with other dogs, she’s been making wonderful progress with leash manners and impulse control thanks to consistent training and enrichment. The best kind of home for Molly: Molly will thrive in a home where she is the only dog and her people are committed to giving her the direction she craves. She would do especially well in a quieter, more rural setting where she can enjoy walks with fewer distractions. Molly is food-motivated, eager to learn, and responds beautifully to direction and guidance. With continued training and plenty of love, she is sure to be an incredibly loyal and rewarding companion.
