Meet Toby an adorable dog with lots of love to give! Toby is between 2 and 3 years old and is a mix of Lancashire Heeler and Chihuahua also known as a Chi-Heeler. Toby weighs 20.0 Lbs. He's a happy, affectionate, and playful boy who is good with other dogs, most cats if they don't run and he just loves people. He's super loyal and just wants to be your furry best friend. If you're looking for a snuggly and fun-loving boy, look no further than Toby! This adorable boy is sure to steal your heart with his irresistible cuteness and charm. Toby enjoys going on car rides too! He is using the Doggy door but still has an accident inside which his foster is working on with him.
