He's a happy, affectionate, and playful boy who is good with other dogs, most cats if they don't run and he just loves people. He's super loyal and just wants to be your furry best friend. Toby enjoys going on car rides too! He is using the Doggy door but still has an accident inside which his foster is working on with him.
