If you're looking for a puppy with a big personality, you've found him!
This sweet, mischievous little guy wants to be involved in absolutely everything you're doing. Whether you're hanging out by the campfire, strumming a guitar, or just tackling chores around the house, he'll be right there, ready to supervise (or "help" in his own puppy way!).
His adorable face and irresistible puppy-dog eyes make it nearly impossible to say no to him. He's playful and very curious! Once he bonds with you, he'll be your loyal little shadow.
He's been around chickens and cats. While he may bark at them, it's all because he wants to play—he's simply an energetic puppy who's excited about making friends.
This handsome boy is ready to find a family that will embrace his playful spirit, laugh at his silly antics, and give him all the love he deserves. In return, he'll reward you with endless entertainment, unwavering loyalty, and a lifetime of tail wags.
As a puppy, I am required to go to training within 90 days of my adoption with a certified trainer.

Old Dominion Humane Society (ODHS) Adoption Process
- Complete our Adoption Survey on the Adopt page of our website at https://www.olddominionhumanesociety.org/adoption-survey to expedite the process and arrange a meet-and-greet. Expect a response within about a week; please check your spam folder. As we're 100% volunteer-run, your patience is appreciated!
Requirements And Donations
- Required Adoption Day Items: A martingale collar and a non-retractable leash (available for purchase at ODHS).
- Adoption Donations: Puppies (under 1 year): $375; Adults: $275; Seniors (age-dependent): $175; Select dogs: $500. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
- Adoption Radius: Within 350 miles of Fredericksburg, VA. A $50 out-of-state fee applies.
- Breed Identification: Dogs are listed as "Mixed Breed" unless formal documentation is available.
Location And Hours
- Visit our adoption center at 3602 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 during adoption hours: Wednesday 5-7 PM; Friday 6-8 PM; Saturday 10 AM-4 PM.
