Ace is an approx 10year old either shih tzu or lhasa apso. He was found hanging out at the bike sculpture arch at Overton Park. His microchip was a dead end, he could not be connected to his original adopter but he came from Memphis Animal Shelter. ACe is a bit grumpy about getting a slip lead on but he LOVES to go for a walk and spend time outside. Im hoping as he gets more used to his environment I can easily get a harness on him so we can walk. He is a very quiet dog and is fine being in the same home with other dogs. Ace has a real issue with anything that needs to happen on his face or head. He has had an ear hematoma and we have to sedate him for the vet to check his ears and eyes. August is a one year old lhasa or shih tzu mix. He came to us as a stray dog. He is very affectionate and loves being held and cuddled. He is neutered and heartworm negative. August seems to do ok with other dogs. He will crate himself if there is a cushy bed in the kennel. Hi...I'm Bailey! I am a good boy & love to cuddle. I have never met a couch I didn't love. Snuggling and watching TV with my people is one of my favorite activities. I'm housebroken, crate trained, walk well on leash, love to meet new people & going to doggy daycare to run around with my puppy friends. I ride in the car like a pro & enjoy a good nap on a long ride. People that share treats & chews are the best. They always comment on my cute, toothy smile. Story
Lacey was lost and starving when she was found near where we live. She weighed less than 9 pounds. She has a couple of healing bites wounds on her back. She was so very hungry. She was very appreciative and slowly she started to warm up and trust my help. She is now very active and super playful with dogs and toys if you play with her. She knows a couple of basic commands and walks very well on a leash. Living and very sweet, she doesn't understand why I don't pay her more attention with hugs and kisses. It's because she isn't the only dog here, I care for. She is very neat and clean in her crate does not have accidents unless your home a really really long time. Easy to train but I think she is perfect just like she is!
