Story
Snagle is new to the rescue so we are still getting to know him but he is a sweet happy boy so we are fast tracking him for adoption. He is estimated as 5 years old and is 18 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He LOVES kids, is good with other dogs and cats and even has been fine with the resident rooster! His breed may be a Lowchen which are unusual to find in shelters Snagle seems to be housebroken (no accidents yet!) He walks nicely on a leash and does fine in a crate. He is outgoing and friendly with new people. He would likely be happiest in an active home and/or a home with a yard. He does tend to be vocal so might not be the best match for an apartment, condo or closer living quarters. He is also NOT a fan of grooming so will need some work there. Story
Misa is a sweet, loving, gentle dog. She is a "designer dog" - half Yorkie, half Maltese that I purchased in a pet store 10 years ago. I didn't intend to get a dog that day, but she was in a brood of puppies all rolling and playing, and she stood off in the corner, not wanting to be involved in the rough play. She is a little princess who deserves to be spoiled and the only dog in the home, as other dogs tend to bully her with her timid nature. She needs to be with gentle, kind people, as she gets nervous around shouting or loud noises. She has hair - not fur - so she needs regular haircuts and grooming, and is "hypoallergenic" to those with fur related allergies, and she does not shed. She loves all dogs and people, but does not like to roughhouse. She loves walks. She has a doggie door and uses puppy pads at night when closed in. Her rabies shots are up to date, but not the other shots.
