Story
Hermes and Hades are brothers and I would like to keep them together. I rescued them when they were kittens and are currently 5 or 6 years old. They are both very loving and a little bit of coach potatoes. Hades (orange) is more of a cuddler and lap cat. He likes to sleep in most days. Hermes (gray) is definitely more of stoic, he likes attention and love too, but he also likes to chill by himself and do his own thing. He's definitely more playful and active compared to Hades. I hoping to find them there new forever home together. I'm not charging any adopting fee because at the end of the day, the only thing I care about is that they're going to a loving home, with owners who will love them as much as I have, or more! They get along well with other cats and small dogs. Larger breeds of dogs seem to frighten them. They can be shy at first but warm up to pretty much everybody I've introduced them too.

A Little About Me:-Hi there, my name is Kess!-I can get a little bit overwhelmed and shy, but if you give me some time to come out of my shell, I turn into a cuddly gal! What I`m Looking for in a Home:-New environments can be a lot for me, so in my new home I would appreciate some time to acclimate-I would thrive in a home with older children and adults, especially once who are familiar with Maine Coons!-I came from a home with lots of other cat friends, so I don`t mind at all if my new home has some too!

Story
Please contact Kristin (cats@arrcolorado.org) for more information about this pet.  Zoe came to ARR under some unfortunate circumstances. Sadly, her owner died suddenly and left three adored cats behind. Zoe is a coming six year old, purebred Maine Coon (yes, we do have papers and proof) who is stunning (especially her cute black nose against her white fur). It took her about two and a half weeks to settle into her foster home, but she’s doing great. She came from a very quiet home, so it has taken her a bit longer to warm up as her temporary home has other cats and dogs. She is getting used to that and has been very interested in exploring outside her room recently. She should be fine in a home with other cats and a calm dog or two. She loves to be brushed, petted and enjoys many toys and is a litter box champ. Her bed and toys came with her so we will pass those on to her new family so that it will be easier for her. Zoe's adoption fee is $200.   foster: CS  Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Story
Please contact Kristin (cats@arrcolorado.org) for more information about this pet.  Denali came to ARR due to his mom passing away unexpectedly. He's spectacular and has the typical Maine Coon laid back personality. It took him a number of weeks to begin to trust as he came to us pretty traumatized as his home was very quiet. He's in a busier house now with other cats and a chill dog and is doing wonderfully. He's begun sleeping with his foster mom most nights. He loved playing with toys and is a litter box champ! He will need to go to a home with at least one other cat or dog. Children 12 and over.
