She demonstrates proficiency in litterbox usage, willingly indulges in baths and grooming sessions, and remains composed during vet visits. Are you the ideal family for this flawless feline? All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats).  A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Pixie is just over six years old. She is a fairly new, rare, domestic breed called aNebelung. She has medium to long blue/grey fur, a long tail, and striking greeneyes. She is very beautiful and because of her large breed currently weighs 17pounds. As she has long hair, she should be brushed often so her fur stays softand shiny. She does not like other cats or dogs so must be an only pet.Pixie would be best suited in a quieter home with older children who know howto treat her gently. She is very friendly, loves lots of attention and likes to playwith her toys. She also loves to be brushed, petted, sit on your lap and sleep withyou. She would also be a great companion for seniors or someone who hasrecently lost a pet and is trying to fill the void in their life so they will no longerbe lonely.This is a Pay It Forward cat.
