She is a sweet and quiet girl who needs to find a home where she can spend the rest of her life. She loves being petted and brushed. If you think Dorothy is the girl for you, come and meet her today! All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats.)  A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. I need to rehome my Mom’s cat asap. My Mom Passed away and her cat is named Frank. He is a purebred Maine Coon, male, approximately 6 years old, and is declawed in the front. He is very, very fluffy and big, He weighs about 25 lbs. He loves water and will drink from the faucet. He also loves to play with shiny toys! He is fine with other animals, fine with dogs and cats, but would probably rather be the only cat as he doesn’t play with other cats. He is a little vision impaired due to being cross eyed, but it doesn’t really seem to affect him at all. He isn’t a fan of small children, and I think it is due to his vision and little kids trying to grab his face. He will back away from them. My son is extremely allergic, and my dog will eat him so I cannot keep him at home with me at all. I have to find a home for him today.
