Story
My sister has had Cringer for 2 years and has 2 daughters aged 9 and 10 and another cat. He gets along with them all very well, but he can be a little shy and probably wouldnt do well with large, rowdy dogs. This is an unknown tho because we've only ever seen him around another cat. He's very friendly with people and will come greet you in the morning and lay on the floor in front of you to get pets. He's a little funny about getting brushed and flops around a lot but will sit for it for about 5 minutes. He's basically a big goof and just needs a loving environment. If things get a little wild, like kids running around, he may go hide under something but will always emerge when things quiet down again. The only reason my sister needs to rehome him is because she had a major surgery and the doctor said no long hair cats as it could cause an infection in the wound. As far as we know Cringer is about 3 yrs old but we dont know much about his previous home. Thanks for looking!

Story
Meet Chloe! If you're looking for a cat who truly loves people, Chloe is your girl. This sweet, affectionate girl starts purring almost the moment you pet her and will gently reach out with her paw to ask for more attention. If she notices you sit down—even from across the room—she'll come running, ready to curl up in your lap for some quality cuddle time. When she's not snuggling, Chloe enjoys watching the world go by from a sunny window, especially if there are chipmunks to keep an eye on! Before her beloved owner passed away, Chloe lived peacefully with three small dogs. She's also comfortable with the small dog in her foster home, making her a great candidate for a home with a cat-friendly canine companion. In fact, she really wants to be best friends with the foster dog (yorkie Bentley also up for adoption) - see the photo for her attempt to cuddle. Although Chloe has a medium-length coat, she's part of a Maine Coon mix litter and even has the adorable tufted ear tips that give her that distinctive Maine Coon look. Chloe has excellent litter box manners, is up to date on her vaccinations, has had comprehensive bloodwork, and is healthy and ready to find a family of her own. If you're looking for a loving companion who will happily keep your lap warm and your heart full, Chloe can't wait to meet you. Story
Thomas is a gorgeous 9-year-old Maine Coon mix with a luxurious coat and excellent litter box habits. This handsome boy may be a little shy when meeting new people, but don’t let his initial hesitation fool you. Once you start petting him and he realizes he’s safe, his affectionate side comes out in full force—and he won’t want to leave your side. Thomas is truly a people-oriented cat. Unlike many cats, he is not especially motivated by treats or toys. In fact, he doesn’t even get particularly excited about breakfast or dinner because what he wants most is your love and attention. Human companionship is his favorite thing in the world. He is an incredible snuggler who loves to rub his face against you, soak up gentle pets, and occasionally give sweet little kisses. If you stop petting him too soon, Thomas will literally place his paws on you and try to pull your hand back for more affection. It’s one of the most endearing things about him! As a Maine Coon mix, Thomas has a lot of beautiful fluffy fur, so he will need an adopter who is committed to regular brushing to keep his coat healthy and mat-free. The good news? Brushing is his absolute favorite activity. He happily leans into the brush and enjoys every minute of the attention. Thomas would thrive in a home that can give him patience during the initial adjustment period and plenty of affection once he settles in. If you’re looking for a gentle, devoted companion who wants nothing more than to be loved and cuddled, Thomas may be your perfect match. He is fixed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and will have a dental cleaning prior to adoption.
