Sure, you've met affectionate cats before, but you've definitely never met a cat as affectionate as Chuck Norris. This uber chill, 13-year-old distinguished gentleman wants to exist inside of your soul. If love were Velcro, he would be industrial strength. Chuck truly believes strangers are just friends that he hasn't cuddled yet. In true Chuck Norris fashion, his headbutts are legendary, you may just topple over from the force of them. He gets along beautifully with other cats, tolerates dogs, and would even do well with older respectful kids. He always uses the litterbox like the good boy that he is, and aims to spend as much of his day cuddling with you as possible. Chuck recently got a dental and now has some pearly white teeth! He takes an inexpensive medication in his food twice a day to manage his early stage hyperthyroidism, but otherwise is perfectly happy and healthy, and has no symptoms. Overall if you are looking for an incredibly affectionate and loving, yet uber chill and laid back companion, Chuck is your guy! Chuck is currently in foster care. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. Celia and her bonded brother Sully, and one other brother, Boo.....were left in the middle of a park on a wet sleeping blanket that was soaked through both sides. Sully had a bad injury to his tail, we had to have the tip amputated. It was that bad. A runner found them crying in the woods, soaked and sneezing. He got to them just in time. We were able to get them to the vets and get them on medicine immediately. The guy who found them adopted Boo as soon as they were well enough. Celia and Sully are a bonded pair. These two are sweet and so much fun to play with. They are well behaved. We are looking for a non smoking home, indoor only, no smokers in the house. They'd be best in a home where they are either the only two or one more pet might be workable. Versace, Dolce and Gucci were found in a backyard in Flint. The people's house has a lot of cats they feed in a colony and these three were found in a bucket just freshly born on October 23rd. As the weather got cold, the man decided he couldn't bring them in and he saw that they were getting sick outside in the freezing cold. Finally he called us and I told him they wouldn't survive out there in the elements so he finally brought them to me. They were friendly right off the bat. Dolce is more independent. Versace is the smallest of the three and she seems to rely on Gucci. We are looking for indoor only homes for them, non smoking homes. We know they'd be good with older kids and possibly dogs if the dogs have already been proven safe with other kittens. Merlin is a Maine Coon mix , 10-year-old, 23lb bundle of majesty who truly believes he is the king of the castle . He’s stunningly handsome, incredibly soft, and loves rolling over for belly rubs. When Merlin naps, he naps hard (snoring included), which just adds to his charm. He’s been with us since he was a kitten, he’s a cat who enjoys being brushed, petted, and played with. Merlin is also perfectly happy lounging in a cat tree or basking in the sun, supervising his kingdom. Merlin would do best as the only cat in the home. He isn’t mean or but he is very territorial over his food and litter box, which has caused stress with other cats. He deserves a calm home where he doesn’t have to share his space. We’re unsure how he is with dogs, and a home without small children is recommended. This decision has been incredibly difficult, and we are committed to finding Merlin the perfect, loving home where he can thrive. Please consider adopting this King to watch over your Castle.
