Overall healthy 🐶 Personality & Behavior 💖 People-friendly – Loves people and is very affectionate 💖 Kid-friendly – she tends to look down on young kids, so I recommend a family with no kids or over teenagers. 💖 Dog-friendly – she gets along well with other dogs but she likes people more than dogs and is focused on people. 💖 Cat-friendly – Curious but gentle; doesn’t bother them much ✅ Toilet-trained: 100% – using peepads indoors ✅ Leash manners: Enjoys walks and matches your pace. ✅ Energy level: Medium ✅ Handling: Comfortable with touch and bathing ✅ Escape instinct: no ✅ Prey drive: no ✅ Guarding tendency: no ✅ Crate trained: Currently in training ✅ Barking: She doesnt bark frequently but she sometimes barks at nothing, that we can't know or notice. Maybe she hears some noise that we can't hear or is frightened by ✅ Separationsanxiety: None so far 💥She needs a family who allows her onto their bed and to sleep with. Otherwise she can bark from an anxiety. 💔 Rescue Story She was rescued from a city pound and we dont know her pre- history Ruby is a real sweetheart, likes cuddle and very very smart. Now she is ready to start a new life with a loving family who will treat her with the kindness and respect she deserves.

Story
Milo is a 9-year-old Maltipoo (neutered) originally adopted as a puppy from the Oakland Animal Shelter. He is a loving, intelligent, low-energy companion with a sweet mix of playful puppy charm and cozy “cat-like” vibes. He loves snuggling on the couch, playing with stuffed toys, and going on relaxed sniffy walks. Milo is fully house-trained, knows many commands and tricks, can be left alone without separation anxiety, and is generally a quiet dog. He adores adults and does well with older children but is not suited for a home with babies or toddlers. An adults-only home, older couple, or family with older kids would be ideal. He is neutral with small dogs but does not do well with large dogs and would prefer a calm household. Milo thrives on gentle attention and companionship and would make a wonderful, affectionate friend in the right home.
