Story
Beau is an 18 month old Maltipoo with a sweet personality. He’s neutered and weighs about 17.4 lbs. He is currently in a foster family where he is working hard on his training. He is smart, eager to please, and crate trained, though he does bark a bit at first when he’s crated. He’s also practicing keeping all four paws on the floor — he gets excited! Because he has some separation anxiety, he’ll need a patient family who can offer structure, consistency and ongoing training to help him feel secure. He gets along fine with calm dogs/cats but he would also thrive in a home where he can be the only pet. He’s happiest when he’s with his people and would do best with someone who is home often. As a Maltipoo, Beau needs regular professional grooming and at-home care to keep him comfortable and looking his best. Beau is a loving dog who is looking for his forever home.

Hello,My name is Ziva and I'm a 12 year old little Maltese looking for my next bestfriend. I've seen a lot in my years so there's lots to talk about if you ever find time to come sit and chat with me. I've made lots of friends along the way including cats and dogs, not just people. I will say the people have the treats so that tends to be where I love to spend my time. I love treats, sweaters, and soft beds and can be quite chatty when it comes time for feeding or walking.
