Story
I was happy to have my sister with me, but so sad that she's passed away. You see our person, also, passed away and no one in the family wanted us so we were whisked off to the loud county shelter. I huddled together, with my sister, trying to act brave, but in truth I was scared to death. Then a friendly face appeared to take me to a place with lots of other dogs my size. I'm fine with other small dogs. I've been through a lot for 14 years old, but I'm hopefully that someone wants a sweet, tiny girl like me.

A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! A Victor is a precious miniature poodle mix. He came to us with an injured leg that required amputation. He has adjusted very well and loves to run. Victor is crate trained and can walk on a leash. Victor requires a home with a secure fenced yard that is appropriate for a small breed dog. Victor will need a home with no small children. He is very loving, but can be protective of his people and toys. Victor does not have a bite history, but needs a family that understands small dogs with an attitude. He is so very loving and loves to give kisses. If you’re interested in learning more about this baby, please apply to furkids.org. We are not considering out-of-state adoptions. Victor currently weighs about 12lbs and is approximately 2 years old (estimated birth date 10/03/2023). His adoption fee is $185. Victor has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations and preventatives, and is microchipped. If you’d like to learn more about Victor, please complete a survey at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FKDS/Dog After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you within 72 hours to provide more information and arrange a meet-and-greet. You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt.
