Story
My poor boy, Forrest, is in need of a home where can he get individualized attention. He has a possessive side and is not doing well in our household of dogs and children. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and he is 4 years old now. Ever since I became pregnant with my now 2-year-old, he became very territorial. He’s very, very sweet and affectionate with me, but is not friendly to dogs or people who get in his personal space. He needs an experienced adopter who can create safe boundaries and/or proper training. He is currently on medication to help with his fear and anxiety.

A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! Meet Titan, a senior dog with a heart full of love. His sweet, friendly, and gentle nature makes him a perfect companion. He can walk on a leash, but we would prefer that he have a home with a fenced yard so he can safely be off leash. As with any senior, Titan does have some accidents and is not completely housetrained. He is starting to lose his hearing and his vision is somewhat impaired. We do not know how long this precious boy has, but would love for him to be in a home that will spoil him rotten. He is good with other dogs, so he would fit well in a multi-dog household. Titan's wisdom and loving spirit are undeniable. His readiness to love and be loved is palpable. Adopt Titan and let him fill your home with joy, warmth, and companionship. Titan weighs 17lbs. and is estimated at 16 years old. Titan has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. Titan's adoption fee is $85. This mini Poodle mix may have three legs, but he has a heart (and a personality) big enough for any home. Weighing just 12 pounds, Victor came to Furkids after an injury led to the amputation of one of his legs. He’s adjusted beautifully and loves to run and explore. Victor is crate trained, leash trained, and ready to be your devoted companion. He thrives in a home with a secure fenced yard suitable for a small dog and does best in a household without small children. While Victor is incredibly affectionate and loves giving kisses, he is very protective of his people and his toys, so he needs a family that understands the confident attitude of a little dog with a lot of sass. If you’re looking for a loving, spirited pup who’s equal parts snuggle buddy and loyal guardian, Victor might just be your perfect match! Victor currently weighs about 12 pounds and is approximately 2.5 years old (estimated birth date 10/03/2023). His adoption fee is $315.
