Salty Dog is leash trained and enjoys going on walks, where he can explore at his own pace. He also loves playing with toys and—surprisingly—really enjoys bath time! Salty Dog would do best in a calm home with patient adopters who will give him the time and reassurance he needs to feel safe and confident. Born around January 2023, this white Maltipoo mix traded his "ruff" life at the pound for a life of luxury, and frankly, he’s not looking back. Billie’s current hobbies include being aggressively sweet, making friends with every dog he meets, and basking in the spotlight like the tiny celebrity he clearly is. He’s currently working on his PhD in "Going Potty Outside" and is showing some seriously promising progress. If you’re looking for a low-shedding sidekick who thinks he’s the main character of your life, Billie is your guy. You can submit your application to be his personal assistant (officially known as an "adopter") at  A Doggie 4 You . His adoption fee is $400—a small price to pay for a lifetime of fluff and unconditional love. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225.
