Hi, I'm Corbin. I'm a loving senior dog just looking to spend my twilight years in peace and comfort. I'm vision impaired, but I don't let that stop me, especially if I have doggie friends to help guide me. In fact, I feel most comfortable with dog friends. They make me feel calm! Since I'm a a little on the older side, I benefit from routine! I will fit wonderfully in a dog-friendly, structured household/ I'm perfectly housetrained, too, and take treats like a champ! I'm happiest when I'm curled up beside you, soaking in all the cozy moments life has to offer, whether it be snuggling on the couch or taking a mid afternoon nap. Meet Theo! Theo is a playful, affectionate, and loyal dog with the perfect mix of energy and sweetness. He loves playing fetch and will happily bring you his favorite toy over and over, waiting excitedly for you to throw it again. His playful personality makes every day more fun, and he’s always ready for an adventure or a game. Despite his energy, Theo also knows when it’s time to relax. If you’re sitting on the couch or working around the house, he’ll happily settle down right beside you. Theo loves being close to his people and is a true “Velcro dog” who enjoys following you from room to room just to be near you. He thrives on companionship and loves giving and receiving affection. Theo is looking for a family that will include him in their daily life, give him plenty of love, and enjoy both playtime and cuddle time. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.This darling little girl is DARCY, a bit over 1 years old and 8 pounds.  She has pretty much reached her adult height and weight with maybe 1 pound to gain.  She is mostly Maltese and will need to be groomed every 2-3 months to keep her straight hair from tangling. DARCY is my shadow but she does not get in my way, she just likes to go wherever I go.  DARCY does go outside to play with a couple of Shih Tzu's and have fun.   DARCY can be a bit of a diva and a bossy little girl to the other dogs.  She just tries to keep them in order.  But she plays well with the others and she loves to cuddle.  She is about 75% potty trained.  I do not have a doggy door and let her out to potty with the other dogs and she does just fine.  She is completely crate and house trained.  I have no problem leaving her alone in my home with my personal dogs while I am gone.  She is not destructive or get into personal items. I do not have any cats so I do not know how she would get along with them.  It took DARCY about 2 days to get to know me and show her real personality so some patience is required but then she becomes your shadow and best friend. If you are interested in adopting DARCY, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
