Meet Meeko! 🩶 Meeko is a 5½-year-old gray Manx with medium-length hair. He is a very sweet, friendly, affectionate boy who loves attention and gets along well with other animals. He has not spent much time around children but has never shown aggression. Meeko is deaf or hard of hearing and is very curious, energetic, and adventurous! He loves exploring, opening cabinets and drawers, and getting into just about everything. He is neutered and litter-box trained. Meeko needs a home with someone who is home often and can provide plenty of attention, supervision, and a safe environment. This is a very hard decision for our family. We love him dearly, but between work schedules and other sudden life circumstances, we cannot give him everything he needs. We aren’t looking to just rehome him; we want to find him a loving family who understands his needs and will give him the life he deserves. 🩶

My name is Naomi, but my friends call me Nae. I was born in March of 2023. I am a very special girl, not just because I’m gorgeous, but I was born without a tail. That means I’m part Manx! I inherited Manx syndrome, and I dribble a little pee…but I don’t have any problems with going #2. Since I dribble, I wear a diaper when out and about, and my adorable suspenders to help hold my diaper up. I am litter box trained. I stay in a multi-level crate when I need a diaper break. (I need a diaper break for at least 12 hours per day, it’s not good to wear one too long.) I’ve even learned not to go #2 in the diaper, it saves me from taking a human bath. My foster mom says I’m a lot like a small dog, but without the yapping. I like to be wherever she is, and I LOVE snuggles. She also says I’m very chatty. I love catnip, toys with feathers, warm laps, and when the heating pad is in my bed. **Adoption fee of $140 includes spay/neuter, vet visits, deworming, and shots** Adoption Application: mercyrescue.org
