Story
We adopted Smokey the end of October 2024. She is very sweet and affectionate. Smokey is about one year old and weighs approximately 10 pounds. She is used to a smaller home with just the two of us. She does get along with the grandchildren, provided they stay gentle with her. If they are rough, she simply hides until they calm down. No aggression. Smokey likes to hang out on the patio with me. My health issues are such that owning a cat is not possible at this time. We love her and have worked with the doctor for several months, with no relief. Smokey is very chill. She comes with all her supplies - automatic litter box, fountain waterer, towers and multiple toys and accessories. We would love to see her go to a home where she will get plenty of love. Story
Cierra, a Manx, Scottish bobtail, 6-7 years old, female. Likes to sleep next to her owner every night ,and jumps to greet them. Doesn’t require nonstop attention, and enjoys the outdoors, walking on a leash in the backyard or walking around under supervision. Never been sick. Likes to be brushed. Most importantly, she Has to be the only queen of the house, with no other pets.

Story
Lucy was found on a porch in Lavon and the person could not keep her due to having a feral male cat already. The finder got her shots and everything up to date, she is fixed and the vet said she is between 2-3. Lucy is a bumpy Manx, she has a little nub tail. And she is has polydactyl paws so 5 toes on each paw. We took her in to see how it goes with our 2 cats and 2 yr old. Lucy would be best as an only pet. Lucy can be very affectionate and loving and playful. She is very particular with food and her litter box. It has to be scooped daily. Lucy is good with our 2 year old as long as she does not get over stimulated and will let us know. We do not know her history or where she is from, what she experienced or how she was treated. All we know is that she deserves a good, loving home and someone to look after her. She loves pets and hugs and she likes sleeping like any normal cat. She is ready for a place all her own and someone to love her.

Story
Kieran is a manx cat that mostly prefers to do his own thing. He has bitten his foster caregiver once when he was startled by being grabbed. He likes to be in his foster mom's lap, but isn't affectionate like most of our other cats. Because he's still a bit wild, we are willing to consider a safe indoor/outdoor or barn situation where he will be well-fed, watched out for, and appropriately integrated onto the property (safe kennel out of the elements that's closed off at first until he considers the new space his home so he doesn't wander off and try to go "home"). He has been indoors since he was a kitten but has not adjusted to being an affectionate pet.

Story
Bob is 5 years old. We adopted Bob as a kitten (6 weeks) from the local shelter. He’s an inside cat & goes outside usually for a short period of time. He’s primarily my daughter’s cat, but she left for college and is not able to bring him with her. I’m not able to give him the attention he needs because of my work schedule and travel. I’m looking for someone who can give my daughter a few updates so that she knows Bob is being taken care of.
