Story
Pearl is 8 years old. She started her life in Quincy Washington. She has mostly lived outside and free. I had to move recently to Tri-cities and Pearl adjusted fine to her new neighborhood. She can no longer live with us since my daughter is expecting twins and we want her to stay healthy. I'm also needing to move and can't take her with me. 😪Pearl loves to sit on your lap but she is also quite independent. She chooses to roam free and wild in the neighborhood and will only sit with you for a short while. She still hunts and brings home mice and other small creatures and she is the guardian of the home. She usually is waiting for me when I arrive home from work. I wish I had a picture of her this winter! She had a gorgeous black mane! She has mostly lost it to pruning and warm weather, but it will grow back. If you want an independent hunter who gives occasional lap warm ups, someone who will guard your territory and acknowledge you when you come home, this is the cat for you.
