Story
Meet Aspen!! 🌳 she is about 6 years old. she loves kids but she is a pretty large dog so older kids would be best. she had an older and younger dog companion she would play with but has also shown disinterest in playing with other dogs, especially if not introduced properly. she does not get along with cats as her prey drive kicks in since she was an outside dog before we had her. she doesn’t necessarily need a huge yard, just someone who will keep her company. she’s a huge cuddle bug BUT WATCH OUT she also sees you as part of the furniture! she’s a big girl but she’s very sweet and playful. she just needs a home that can match her energy. and a big bed. also, she is allergic to chicken. trust us on this one. p.s. she snores

Story
I got daisy as a 8 week old puppy, she’s a pure bred mastiff about 4 years old now. My girlfriend and are moving and we won’t be able to take her into such a small apartment with no room to move around, I’m looking for someone who has the time and funds to be able to take care of her and love her. She’s the sweetest dog you’ve ever met she’s never been aggressive towards anyone or anything and she’s potty trained and house trained. Most of the time she just likes to lay around and sleep, but back when she was living with another dog she loved to play and run around. We need someone as quick as possible. I’m not charging any fees because she has been having some ear infection issues that were not equipped or capable financially to take care of, I just want her to have the happiest best life she possibly can.

I can be a bit dog selective and that's okay, it just means I'm particular about my friends! NO SMALL BREED DOG! I am not too crazy about the smaller breed dogs. Think I'm cute and want to meet with me, bring your current pup for a meet and greet to see if we get along! NO CATS! I never learned to make friends with cats, so long as you have a feline free environment, I'll be the best addition to your home. Want to be my new family? Come by the shelter and see me any time Tuesday- Saturday from 12pm-5pm, no appointment needed! I am bonded to Apollo, my brother. We have been together our whole lives, and I can't imagine life without my brother. We must go home together, and our adoption fee includes the both of us! I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment. I get easily frustrated and can exhibit this in a variety of ways. I will need positive outlets for my energy, and a calm environment. I am a sensitive and shy pup! - I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to go home to a calm environment. What my friends of SPCA of Bradley County say about me:"Zeus is a sweet boy. He is very anxious in this environment, and I would need someone who can be very patient with my brother and myself. He does not do well without his brother by his side, so they are a bonded pair. He is such a good boy though. Both Zues and his brother will need plenty of room to express themselves, and a patient soul to let them be themselves. Would you like to open your heart and home to these lovely brothers? As always, introductions to existing family members should be done slowly and over time. Our adoptions team will give you suggestions on how to introduce your new family member! Visit anytime! The Adoption Center is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-5pm. Appointments are not required for adoptions! Primary Color: Caramel Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 79 Age: 3yrs 6mths 0wks

HI, I&#39M BALOO! I LOVE KIDS AND OTHER DOGS. IF YOU&#39D LIKE TO FOSTER OR ADOPT ME, PLEASE FILL OUT THE APPLICATION AT WWW.BARKVILLEDOGRESCUE.ORG/APPLICATIONS OR SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@BARKVILLEDOGRESCUE.ORG. Meet handsome and adoptable Baloo! This 1-year-old Mastiff mix is a big, lovable goofball who&#39s still growing into his paws and is expected to reach around 100 pounds full grown. Don&#39t let his size fool you--Baloo is as sweet as they come and he loves being part of the action! Baloo is potty trained, crate trained, and has excellent leash manners, making him a great companion both at home and out on walks. He is also smart and eager to please--he already knows his basic commands and is highly food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding. Baloo does great with other dogs and older kids (due to his size), and he absolutely loves to run, play, and wrestle with his canine friends. With his high energy level, he&#39ll thrive in a home that can give him plenty of exercise and space to stretch his legs. His ideal home would include a fenced yard where he can safely run and play, along with another friendly dog to keep him company and match his playful spirit. If you&#39re looking for a big-hearted, active companion who&#39s equal parts fun and affection, Baloo might be your perfect match! Baloo is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you&#39re interested in adopting this special boy, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.March 8, 2026, 12:40 am
