Story
Introducing MOOSE! ðŸ\x90¾He is a phenomenal dog, he would be perfect for someone who would love to take him in office, on car rides (he only made it into the SUV 1 time unassisted, usually needs a butt boost), quiet hikes, I think family gatherings once he got to know people to get comfortable and get over his nervousness. He's an amazing cuddle bug but yet also likes his own nest in the bed. Once he chooses his person he is very much a velcro baby. He has started playing ball more, bringing it back, just like with things I dont want him to have if I say "drop it" he releases it or I say nothing and reach in, he immediately releases it. He loves small pools, we haven't tried larger bodies of water on this trial. He played well with each of the dogs after getting over his initial fear, he never used his size to be aggressive or overpower. He shows minimal interest in cats inside but does not mess with them, even shared a bed with myself and 2 cats. Moose will chase cats outside but has not been aggressive at this point and is easy to redirect if on a leash. He does need redirected from litter box. Moose is very interested in chickens and ducks if they are free-ranging. He does fine with storms, even walking on leash in slow rain while thundering, no shaking, does not even acknowledge it. He gets nervous of large objects (shop vac, 3 gallon sprayer, backpack) being carried, loud noises unless he hears them a couple of times, large crowds, sliding doors, carts in stores. All animals must be neutered/spayed prior to finalization of adoption. All animals will be microchipped and have the appropriate vaccinations for the age of the animal. All animals will be treated for worms and flea/tick prevention.
