Story
JD is an absolutely amazing dog. We have had this beautiful boy for about four years. We got him as a companion for a great day and they are best friends. He likely has some mastiff and Rhodesian Ridgeback in him and some pitbull as well. He is absolutely wonderful with children. He was crate trained, and never runs away. He is typically a docile dog, but can be protective. He is a cuddler. Recently, my cousin’s dog was sitting on my sons lap and JD went over and the dog nipped at him. Jay retailiated and unfortunately the other dog ended up passing away. The vets we have talked to feel that he was simply trying to protect my son. He has never gone after or attacked a human. And he plays with our others dogs and cats all the time. Maybe reading this doesnt make My boy sound appealing, but we are praying to find him a great home and hope you will consider. Our kids are absolutely heartbroken. The vet feels that we should rehome him to a home with no other dogs to be safe.

Our dogs and puppies are rescued from shelters and rescues in overpopulated areas of the country and are now available for adoption! All are up to date on vaccines, vet checked, health certified and dewormed. Hours: Please only call between the hours of 8:30am-8:30pm to come see our dogs looking for homes. Appointments are 7 days a week and most holidays as long as someone is available to see you. If you get voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Many of our locations offer crates, playpens and starter kits (leash, collar, food, toys, treats, bowl etc) for a donation. We do same day adoptions. An application is required before coming to visit our adoptable dogs.
