Story
Whiskey and Tango were adopted after spending a long period of their life on the streets with no one loving them. The SPCA took them in and we found them and gave them a loving home. We got their weight up to a healthy point and and got to know them more and more as the days went on. The love to play with other dogs and kids even though their size is overwelming for some kids. They get along great with my little our little dog and moms cane corso as well as my little brother and grandkids. They would rather lounge around with you than go outside. They love going out to local breweries and getting all the attention. We were nervouse about how they would be with the little puppy but after a few initial sniffs, that puppy was their baby. For living on the street most of their life they listen pretty well and wait to be told to eat unless you just walk away from them. They dont eat table food if it is sitting there. These 2 will love you till the end and make a great addition to any home.

  Tuesday is a VERY GOOD boy and deserves to keep living the good life!   He has lots of love and smiles to share and needs a soft place to land for his golden years. Things to know about Tuesday:-------------------------------*8 Years+ old, neutered male, Labrador Retriever/Mastiff mix (~59lbs)*VERY SWEET, gentle dog!  Loves ALL people / kids*Smart & Easy Going. Treat and praise motivated - easily re-directed when needed*Dogs - May be selective. Does great with both of my dogs and a neighbors (all females).*Cats - Does great with my two cats!  Always recommend slow introductions and vigilant supervision for any new cat or dog friends. *LOVES being close to his people, but also is happy on his own on the couch or dog bed.*LOVES to go for walks*LOVES car rides (preferably getting dog wind and not in a crate)*Likes balls, bones, and stuffed toys*Crate trained - does very well in his crate overnight, but does like to get out for a potty break and be with his people early.  Daytime crating - good about going in his crate when asked, especially with a treat and praise, but would prefer to be out with his people  . *HW - (Heartworm negative test & X-rays show healthy heart & lungs!)*Would do best in a home where he is not crated and rotated on a daily basis (as he is now).*Note that Tuesday behaves beautifully if left out of the crate while you are home or gone!   Tuesday’s Challenges: -----------------------* Arthritis in spine and back hips (you can tell he has a little difficultly jumping onto the couch if not on his anti-inflammatory meds)* Takes Rimadyl x2/day (anti-inflammatory)* Housebroken - however, sometimes he can get over excited about seeing a dog outside, so he wears a belly band inside at times.                                 ##2357205##
