Found abandoned in Kentucky with his mom                                                   PERSONALITY: Norman is such a sweet, mild-mannered boy. He is still shy when meeting new people and can be fearful of men/reactive to loud noises, but once he knows you, he is a total love bug! Norman thinks that all dogs and cats are just friends he hasn’t met yet, but he also respects when this opinion isn’t reciprocated. Since Norman is still young, he enjoys some bouts of playfulness, but he also enjoys his naps and sleeping in. FAVORITE ACTIVITIES: Carrying around his toys, making new friends, being close to his person/people, and being loved on. MEDICAL ISSUES: No known issues.  WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST KIND OF HOME:  Norman would love to have a home where he gets plenty of love and attention, and hopefully has some four-legged friends to play with. Although he is doing fairly well with house-training, he will need someone that understands his cues. He will also need someone that understands that he is still a puppy and doesn’t know the difference between an acceptable toy and your slippers. Norman is also quite the ladies man and seems to prefer females over males for his human(s). Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Fill out an Adoption Application Melvin is a young Boerboel mix, estimated to be about 1 year old, who came to us as a stray. We don't know much about his past, but we are excited to help him findthe bright future he deserves. Melvin is a big, goofy boy with an even bigger heart. He absolutely loves other dogs, especially dogs his own size, and nothing makes him happier than a good game of chase or some rough-and-tumble wrestling with a canine friend. Because he's still young, he's full of energy and doesn't always realize just how big he is. One of Melvin's sweetest qualities is how quickly he bonds with his people. He's a true shadow dog who wants to be wherever you are. Whether you're making dinner, watching TV, or working around the house, you will find a big slobbery face following right behind you. He loves being part of the family and is happiest when he's included. Melvin already has a great foundation for his new family. He's house-trained, crate-trained, and walks nicely on a leash, making the transition into his forever home that much easier. He still has plenty to learn, and needs someone who will teach him. He's been around children and has done well, though his size and enthusiastic play style mean he'll do best with a family that can help him continue learning good manners. Melvin is eager to please and will thrive with patient guidance, regular exercise, and lots of opportunities to play. Melvin should not be placed in a home with cats. He simply wants to play with them the same way he plays with big dogs, and because of his size and rough play style, it's just not safe for feline friends. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will stick by your side, make you laugh with his oversized puppy antics, and happily cover you in a little slobber along the way, Melvin may be the perfect fit. He didn't get to choose how his story started, but he's more than ready for a family to help write the rest of it. Click here to watch a video of Melvin.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Story
Hi, I’m Luke, and I’m a big, lovable boy tipping the scales at just over 100 lbs! Don’t let my size fool you—I’m a happy, easygoing pup who just wants to play, explore, and cuddle. I’m all about the good things in life: squeaky toys, water play, long walks, and best of all—snuggle time on the couch. I’m a pro at giving hugs (though I’m working on not jumping up too hard to give them—oops!). I get along great with other dogs and kids, but because of my size and enthusiasm, I’d do best with older children who won’t get accidentally knocked over during playtime. I’m crate trained, housebroken, and walk nicely on a leash—unless there’s a squirrel… then it’s game on! I do have a slight prey drive, so a little guidance goes a long way. If you’re looking for a big-hearted, playful companion to fill your home with love (and maybe take up some space on your couch), I’m your guy. Let’s make forever happen! 🐾 Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Finn may look like a rockstar with his striking Mastiff–Shepherd good looks, but at heart, he’s a big, soft lovebug. Weighing in at about 60 pounds, Finn has grown into a handsome boy with a beautiful gray and tan coat, soulful eyes, and an even bigger personality. Despite his star-quality appearance, Finn is more of a laid-back, easygoing guy—think Eeyore vibes, but with engines revved and ready to love. From the moment he wakes up, he’s prepared to shower his people with affection… and trust us, it’s A LOT of love! Finn does well with other dogs and does need a slow, proper introductions to new friends—both two-legged and four-legged. Once he knows you, he loves you deeply. He’s happiest when he has a buddy (human or canine) to share his world with. Affection is Finn’s specialty. When someone comes to greet him, he lights up, runs over with enthusiasm, and hands out slobbery kisses and big hugs like they’re backstage passes. His joy is genuine, his heart is huge, and he’s always thrilled to see his people. If you’re looking for a big, lovable, slightly goofy rockstar who will adore you endlessly, Finn is ready to take center stage in your heart. Local adoption only $300 (in TX)
