Meet Venus! She's a 70 lb youngster, about 10-12 months old. Possiblty a Mastiff/Corso with a sprinkle of German Shepherd & Pyrenees? Venus is lots of fun wrapped up in a big package. She enjoys other dogs and hanging with humans. She has all the puppy mannerisms (Watch the video on our Dogs of Del Norte Coubnty FB page). She came in with her brother Yogi and is the more outgoing of the two. She enjoys ball, knows sit and will let you take the ball out of her mouth. She wasn’t excited to go into a crate but laid right down and waited patiently (with some panting). Did we mention those eyes…when she looks at you it’s like she is looking into your soul. She might be able to co-exist with a cat with slow, supervised introduction. Smaller children would need constant supervision due to her size and puppy-ness. 🩷10-12 months old & 70 lbs Come check out our adoptable dogs at 2650 Washington Blvd, Crescent City, CA 95531. Kennels are open Mon-Fri, 9:30AM-3:30PM, or by appointment. An adoption application will be required from those interested in providing a fab furever home to our dogs.
