Fernando’s love for humans truly knows no bounds—he adores people of all ages and sizes, from tiny toddlers to grown-ups. Whether he’s curling up with you on the couch or greeting you with a wagging tail and sparkling eyes, his favorite place to be is right by your side. One of Fernando’s most charming quirks? His obsession with rocks. He doesn’t just play with them—he treasures them. You’ll often find him carrying his favorite rock into his dog house, settling down gently, and almost whispering to it like it’s his most prized possession. It’s the kind of sweet, silly behavior that makes everyone who meets him fall in love. Fernando is also incredibly smart and eager to please. He already knows several commands, including “Sit,” “Wait,” “Lie Down,” and “Leave it.” He walks nicely on a leash and is very responsive to his handler, making him a joy to continue training with. He gets along well with medium to large, respectful dogs and would enjoy having a canine playmate. That said, he’d do best in a home without cats or small animals, as he has a bit of a chase instinct.
