Story
Louise is a sweet 4 year old Doxie. She’s been part of our family of 5 children, ages 2-12 years, since December of 2022. Hard for us to think about letting her go, but we have been going through a massive renovation, and had a recent job change where she spends 7+ hours a day home alone- we’re worried she’s getting stressed. She has always been wonderful with our kids and is the best snuggler in the world. She is house trained - as long as the weather permits (temps below 20*, and more than a light rain and she’s not a fan). She is great on the leash, loves walks- super athletic. She can be a little nervous around new people and other pets at first, think vocal, but after a bit she settles in and makes friends. She’s a great eater but definitely has a very slender profile- to the point where I’ve asked our vet why she won’t gain weight! But Im assured she is healthy, and vet reminds me how good her 10.5 lb weight is for her back. We hope to find her a great new home.
