"My name is Sasha. I am not the best looking dog. My head is too small for my body. My eyes are too big for my face. One of my ears was chopped and I have scars all over. I don't have a pretty white coat. I am not a designer breed, in fact, I don't have any idea what breed I am. Most people praise the dogs around me, but walk right past me. I tried so hard to overcome my shyness and wanted to get noticed. Being a survivor of the dog meat trade, I am a bit reserved and shy. But I am working hard, learning from my doggie friends who would run straight up to anyone. I am building up courage to do that. Would you willing to give me time and get to know me??? This is Sasha. Sasha is a 2 year old spayed female mix breed dog. We don't know what her mixes are. What we know is that she had a horrific life prior to the rescue. Sasha was rescued from a dog meat trade in Asia. Her world was living in a cage with lots of dogs. When the rescuer got Sasha, she was scared, in bad shape in the corner of the cage. Sasha was one of the few lucky survivors that made it out. Sasha doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She is submissive and eager to please. She is shy at first and needs time to know you. But once Sasha warms up, she is so happy. She always wags her tail so hard, waggling her body showing how appreciate she is to be with you. Sasha is the sweetest, most friendly, submissive and loyal dog. Sasha is obsoletely not aggressive. We tested her in stressful situations and various scenarios, she never showed any aggression toward human, kids, dogs and cats. Sasha is also not possessive at all. You can take a treat from inside of her mouth. Sasha can share treats / food with other dogs. Sasha is calm and mellow indoor, but she also is active and playful with dogs. Sasha is great with dogs of all sizes. She is good with cats, kids and men/women. She can be a great hiker and love to go on adventures. Sasha is potty trained, crate trained and knows some basic commands. She rarely barks, doesn't whine, quiet, she truly is a low maintenance companion. Sasha is currently 30 lbs, full grown, spayed, has all up-to-date vaccinations and a clear health check certificate.
