Munch is a super little guy, He's quite overweight, but is losing weight quickly with lot's of play time, a big yard and healthy food. Lots of walks would help with his weight also. Munch loves to sleep on the bed and loves lots of love and attention. Easily trainable and redirected. Munch has some toys that he is very attached to and will growl if someone tries to take it. ....99.9% of the time he is a very happy boy. Scout: 7 yr old black & rust male, neutered, docked tail and uncropped ears. 15 lb. Fully vaccinated and vetted. Rescued from shelter. Beautiful Scout came in to the shelter with a wound on his side that somebody tried to GLUE closed. That failed so the shelter inserted 4 large staples and now he's all healed. ....Come to find out from his xrays he also had 2 broken ribs that seem to be healed now. Scout is the SWEETEST BOY you could ever meet. From the moment we saved him and sent him to his foster home he got right in bed with his foster brother. He adapted to the household routine quickly and was housebroken from day ONE. He's still trying to master the doggie door. He is SO easy going and loves to hang out in the sun. Scout also loves going on walks too. He likes to put his 2 front paws up on your bed to say hi! He likes to be with the other dog when foster Mom leaves the house. She put him in the crate but he didn't like that (although he settled down after a while). Once she let him out he went and laid down like "please don't put me in there, I'll be a good boy" ...and he IS a good boy out of the crate!....he just doesn't prefer it. Scout LOVES to cuddle and likes to be on the couch with you...but if you don't want that he'll just go lay down in one of the dog beds. He will alert you with a few barks then stops shortly after. Scout also loves to sit on the condo balcony in the sun and watch the world go by. Just a very chill little man. Ozzy: 5 yr old chocolate male Miniature Pinscher, neutered, undocked tail and uncropped ears. 14 inches tall, 19 lbs. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter. Ozzy came into the shelter EXTREMELY overweight. So far, he has gone from a whopping 24 lbs in the shelter to 19 lbs with IMPS MinPin Rescue. He feels SO much better with his new energy as you can see in his video. He was extremely fearful in the shelter and is doing better with his foster home. They are working on socializing him on frequent walks and getting him used to other dogs. He's coming along nicely! Ozzy is a special little tough guy. He was found on the streets & was morbidly obese. He has since slimmed down (that’s why he has a little hanging skin on his neck) & learned to live in a home with another Pup. He takes a while to warm up to his human but does like to cuddle almost immediately! His history is unknown but we do know he is a strong little guy with a heart that yearns to feel safe. Ozzy would do best & be happiest as an only dog. If there IS another dog in the home his perfect match would be a family who will work with him. He is currently in a foster home with a big, very chill dog but it took him awhile to understand that he doesn't need to be fearful, his foster brother didn't want to hurt him. He now happily walks up to his foster brother, sniffs him & tries to engage in play! He arrived at his foster home scared of everything & everyone but has come such a long way. He now lets strangers give him treats & will curiously walk up to some of them. He is HIGHLY food/treat motivated. He LOVES Pup cups! He has been working on his reactivity which most likely stems from a very insecure past. He will sit & wait for people & other dogs to pass on walks. He will also sit & pose for the camera as you can see in his photos and videos! Ozzy loves to cuddle after dinner. He likes sleeping in the bed with his humans but can also sleep in a crate if you rather. He is potty trained & is working on "place". He has also gone on nature hikes & knows "out" (of the kitchen). He has 2 little stuffies he'll play with sometimes & his zoomies are the cutest! As you can see in his video, his newfound energy from his weight loss makes him love to run in the park or a yard! He's good in the car but travels in a crate due to his desire to constantly jump from the back seat to the front and back again. He does not like to be carried but has allows us to slowly manipulate his body which we've been working on to eventually desensitize him to being picked up. Ozzy has great training potential once he feels safe & secure. Ozzy will need patience, grace and guidance as he transitions to a new home & learns to build trust with you. Ozzy needs a forever family willing to give him time, compassion, understanding, gentle guidance & the most love while he figures out that he will be safe with you.
