Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Kylo!   Kylo is a Miniature Pinscher (MinPin) mix and a wonderful little senior dog with so much love to give. He wasn’t socialized much in his earlier years, which made him very bonded to his person. Because of this, adjusting to life at the rescue—surrounded by lots of new people—was a challenge for him at first. With time, patience, and kindness, we’ve seen Kylo start to open up and show his sweet personality. However, he does not like men, most likely because his owner was a woman and that may have been the only person he was around. So, he will need a female only home.  He walks nicely on a leash and enjoys spending time with trusted people. Kylo would do best in a quieter home, without children, where he can feel safe, secure, and continue building confidence at his own pace. He also needs to be the only dog in the home, so he can soak up all the love and attention for himself. NO CHILDREN   &#226&#156&#168 About the Miniature Pinscher &#226&#156&#168 The Miniature Pinscher, often affectionately called the “MinPin,” is a small breed with a big personality! Here are a few traits that may shine through in Kylo:   Alert and spirited – MinPins are known for their bold, confident nature. Energetic – even seniors like Kylo often enjoy regular walks and playtime. Loyal and loving – they tend to bond closely with their people and thrive on companionship. Smart and curious – with gentle guidance, they are quick learners who enjoy mental stimulation.    Kylo may be a senior, but he’s still got plenty of love and life ahead of him. With the right family, he’ll make a loyal and devoted companion who simply needs a female only home with someone that has lots of patience, understanding, and a calm environment to truly shine.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 5, 2025, 11:29 am
