He’s a very shy boy who approaches the world cautiously, unsure of what to expect—but never unkind, just quietly hopeful. What Finnegan needs most is time, patience, and a gentle heart. He may not rush up for attention, but when given space and consistency, he slowly begins to relax, showing glimpses of the sweet dog he truly is. Every small step forward—choosing to stay nearby, softening his eyes, trusting a gentle touch—feels like a meaningful victory. Finnegan is looking for a calm, understanding home that will let him move at his own pace and show him that he’s finally safe. In return, the bond you build with him will be deeply special—earned through kindness, respect, and love.
