Einstein, a gentle soul at 17 years old, is searching for a loving foster home for his golden years. Though blind and deaf, Einstein's heart still brims with affection. He's a low-key kind of guy, content to spend his days curled up in a soft bed, soaking up the sunshine (or at least the warmth!). Einstein is the perfect companion for someone seeking a peaceful and loving presence. He doesn't require long walks or vigorous exercise – just a gentle touch, a soothing voice, and a comfortable space to call his own. If you can offer Einstein a quiet corner in your heart and home, he'll reward you with unconditional love and a lifetime of gratitude. Sunny is a 12 year old male Miniature Poodle weighing 10 pounds. He was surrendered by his owner due to her poor health. This beautiful little boy was obviously loved all his life. He is quite the cuddle bug, and loves to come with you wherever you go. Although his eyesight is impaired, he can still hear extremely well, yipping from the bedroom when he’s slept in but hears me putting food in the dog dishes! He is house trained and used to being let out to potty. He likes his walks, just not too far or too fast. He is friendly with the other dogs in the house, but prefers being next to you wherever you are. Sunny is currently being fostered in North Carolina and can travel to his forever home. Teddy is a special 2-3 year old, 32 lb. Poodle - Bichon Frise’ mix boy. He has a beautiful soft white coat and bright blue eyes. Teddy came to us from a hoarder, where he lived in a cage. As a result, his muscle mass is underdeveloped. This lack of strength means Teddy cannot jump up onto furniture like a sofa or chair at this time. In addition, Teddy is deaf and has limited vision. He can’t be “called” and sometimes requires a lift from his human to get him to where he needs to be, and to understand what’s being asked of him. Teddy is on a light diet, with a goal weight of 28 lbs. This sweet boy is learning to live out of the cage, to navigate his environment, and is getting stronger every day.Teddy is a very friendly dog who loves to cuddle. He is a playful puppy, tossing around his stuffed toys, and playing tug! Teddy will be fine with calm older dogs and gentle children. Toby is a sweet 1-year-old Miniature Poodle who weighs about 11 pounds. Initially, he is a bit shy with humans but loves to meet other small, friendly dogs. Toby is a real snuggler and he loves to play with his foster siblings and is starting to play with toys. Since he’s still quite young, housetraining (95%) and leash walking are still in progress. Toby’s biggest wish is to have his own fenced-in yard to explore and have a small sibling to play with. He’s presently living in northeast Florida. He can dance on his hind legs, roll over, and impressively do a “ Jeep Wave”. He is a very special dog. He gets very excited to see anyone he forms a bond with, he’s never meant someone who’s not a friend.
