Story
  — Sweet, loving, loyal shadow, lap dependent 2 year old Mix poodle breed with either a Maltese, a bichon fries, or a Shih Tzu. He needs a good home with a person who works from home or is retired.  He does great left in the house for short periods of time with the other dogs and cats, he is totally potty trained. He currently has a fenced in yard but goes out does his biz then comes right back in with me. He is now neutered and has his umbilical hernia repaired and has all his shots and is HW NEGATIVE.  He loves to play fetch and is playing tug of war with toys with his sibs. He loves his walks and he does them on a leash. He mostly wants to be in my lap and shares it no problem and sleeps with me at night. If you are not good with that he is not for you.   This young boy has not been treated kindly in his early years but is willing to forgive and forget for a loving home.  He has come into his foster home eagerly accepting love, food, training, and lots of lap time.  He would do well as the only dog or with others. He ignores the foster cats, and is respectful of the dogs in his foster home.   Kiko came with issues with his back legs that were weak. He has had knee surgery on both legs and has healed beautifully.  He was also severely underweight but has been eating well and weigh 9.8 lbs now.  I do not feed him chicken, he mostly eat fished based Pure Balance dried food and food that I cook for the dogs.  He has a beautiful thick coat due to his now good nutrition.  He is the most loving sweetest little man ever. He has a wonderful personality and is so smart.       His beginning story can be seen on Facebook StreetPaws.org page.  https://fb.watch/GgY3RjI5wL/?       You can fill out an adoption form by going to StreetPaws.org.   Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at    https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt.       This application does not commit you to an adoption.
