Isabel is a proud graduate of our board & train program — she’s house-trained and walks great on a leash! Her dream home is calm and patient, with a fenced yard for her sunbathing sessions and no small children.Here’s what we’ve learned about this special little lady: She’s almost completely blind and hard of hearing (so she bumps into things sometimes). Ignores cats and does fine with calm dogs — but rowdy pups can stress her out. Doesn’t like to be grabbed or surprised — she’ll come to *you* when she’s ready. Once she warms up, she’s incredibly sweet and loving (she definitely has her favorite people ).‍ Needs a peaceful, kid-free home that respects her boundaries. Magpie is a senior sweetie that is still fairly new to us at BR. She was very quiet and shutdown when we first pulled her but has started to come out of her shell with her foster and they are finding she is quite the shadow!
