Chewy Bennett is an adorable 4½-year-old Mini Poodle/King Cavalier mix weighing just 10 pounds. With his soft expression, gentle eyes, and sweet little personality, Chewy is the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart.
Chewy came to Camo Rescue with his brother, Chip Bennett, after the two were heartbreakingly abandoned at a boarding facility when their owners never came back for them. Despite such a difficult transition, Chewy has remained the sweetest little gentleman.
Chewy is the more reserved and gentle one of the pair. He can be a little shy at first, but with patience, kindness, and a little time, he slowly opens up and shows what a loving companion he truly is. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality shines through, and he simply wants to be close to the people he trusts.
Chewy and Chip are a bonded pair and are looking for a forever home together. These two have been through a lot side by side and find comfort in having each other. They deserve a family who will keep them together and give them the love, stability, and security they've been missing.
Chewy doesn't ask for much—just a calm home, a soft place to rest, gentle affection, and his best friend Chip by his side. In return, he will give you the quiet companionship, loyalty, and unconditional love that make dogs like him so special.

Adoption fee is: $300
ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.
Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.
Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
